Lakewood Pathology Associates (LPA) maintains an experienced staff of certified histotechnologists, cytotechnologists and pathology assistants. The practice is supervised around the clock by board certified pathologists with specialty certification and/or fellowship training.
Hours of Operation: LPA operates Monday thru Friday 24 hours a day and Saturday from 7am – 5pm. Weekend tissue processing and gross examination routinely occurs given our expanded hours of operation.
Courier Service: LPA arranges specimen pick-up from your facility at your convenience either via personal or commercial courier service.
Turn around Time: Every effort is put in place to return routine diagnostic interpretive reports within 24 to 72 hours.
Technical & Medical Consultations: LPA has qualified medical professionals with several years of experience available to assist you in enhancing your treatment outcomes.
Client Services: LPA has trained and courteous customer service representatives to help you and your staff.
Billing: LPA participates with most major insurance providers and additionally offers your practice the ability to purchase pathology services at a discount.
